How do I leave a group
Leaving instructions for the group can be located here :-
http://www.freecycle.org/faq/group/SampleFreecycle
(replace SampleFreecycle with the name of the group you wish to leave).
eg: http://groups.yahoo.com/groups/GROUPNAME/ = http://www.freecycle.org/faq/group/GROUPNAME
Also, the unsubscribe email address is at the bottom of every email you receive.
(if you unsubscribe via email, it may send you an email on how to confirm your request)
