Frequently Asked Questions
A Quick Q&A to the New Freecycle Site - Pet Posts
I wonder if pets will still be allowed?
That's a per-group policy - the site doesn't care whether it's a boa constrictor or a banana, a post is a post.
The moderators will/should decide whether a post is appropriate for their group, based on their group's policies.
hey will make each group have a pet mod to keep track of the animals?
- If they want to allow unrestricted pet postings, fine.
- If they want to have a pet mod to track pet postings, fine.
- If they want to allow OFFERs but not WANTEDs for pets, fine.
- If they want to restrict all pet postings, fine.
No-one will be forced to do anything.
Even though there are groups already doing this..? (27th June 07)
Then they can carry on doing this.
