If a member is already on our Yahoogroup, and we use the "approve all pending", will they receive the "membership is still pending message?
No, they won't get a "you are pending" response. However, they also won't get an email saying they may now use the tools on freecycle.org. We've opted for "noninvasive" for My Freecycle. They don't get *any* emails from MF at this point.
This also means they may not realize that they *can* use MF unless you let folks know in the Yahoo Group. By approving these pending members once a week or so by clicking on the "approve all" it quickly activates those who would like to use the MF tool. This approval button has no influence on approvals in the Yahoo Group at all.
