I am the owner of the Yahoo group. Will I still own the group once it moves over?
Technically one doesn't legally "own" the Yahoo Groups, of course, but it is a term they choose to use to differentiate the various levels of leadership for each Yahoo Group.
These levels of leadership will be continued on the new site as well, however, the misnomer/term "owner" will not. It'll likely be "Lead Mod" or something similar which is more in keeping with our mission of gifting. :-)
SIDE NOTE: The organization itself is set up as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and also has no owners as a public charity.
