Emergency full moderation

Hello, everyone.

Freecycle has placed all groups on emergency full moderation for a few days. A spammer has been hitting groups all over the world and we want to protect you all from this person. I will try to check several times a day to approve posts, but you might have to be a bit patient. I'm hoping this will pass quickly because I don't want to have you all on moderation.
