Kymberly Deem doesn’t like to throw things away. In fact, she tries to do the opposite: She takes what she no longer wants and gives it to someone who does.
“We are such a throw-away society,” Mrs. Deem said. “I can’t stand to see things that are still usefull go to waste.”
That would explain her enthusiasm for the Freecycle Network, a group based in Tucson, Ariz.
