Environmental Awareness Month: The reality is that the state of our environment contributes to our wellness, from the air that we breathe to the water we drink. That’s why it’s important each person does their part to contribute to a healthy environment. In the Feb. 28 edition of Two Minutes, we highlighted the Web site, www.freecycle.org, which allows resident to recycle their goods and products amongst each other. Through the Star-Gazette’s StoryChat feature, we have since learned that the Elmira group has more than 1,400 members who span a 40-mile radius, according to the Elmira Freecycle group’s moderator who posted a comment.
