The big discovery of the year was Freecycle which is an excellent organisation and for those not in the know it was set up in Arizona in 2003 as an email list of people who had unwanted items to offer or who wanted items. It now has 4,143 groups with 3,996,000 clusters in the world. So when we had a freezer surplus to requirements we put it on Freecycle and it soon had a new home.
