Flory hopes to provide foster care for six animals.

As of right now, all Flory has are two large chain-link fences he was able to salvage through using the Freecycle Network, an Internet site dedicated to helping people get items they need from others who no longer need them. He still needs concrete for the flooring, garden hoses to clean the shelter, roof shingles, piping, plywood, padlocks for security, heat lamps and bullet space heaters to keep his furry friends warm.
