I ordered these recently directly from the company - and they sent me the wrong heads!  I didn't realize they were the wrong heads until I upacked them to install them in my shaver (so the flattened external box).  They said it would cost them more to have them returned, so they told me to throw them away!  I'd say this situation is one of the very reasons Freecycle was created.  I can include the original invoice, shipping box and packing material if you'd like in the event you might plan on sending them to someone.
