Ladies Bicycle in good working order wanted for small lady 5ft tall.  Could be a teenager size bike.  Low instep needed.  Will be used for Country lane rides rather than town.

I am better with a racing bike, as they are lighter, and I find holding the top part of the handles works better for me than Dutch style handlebars.
