These great stools were purchased from Gumtree a few months ago as a temporary fix for our breakfast bar. 

Our new stools have come & we no longer need these. 

They are fabulous, comfortable, heavy iron legs & immaculate looking - BUT they are not quite all there.  There is some play in the seats attachment (they won't come away, but there's a little wobble), but it's like they have a screw or nut missing that should be tightened. 

So if anyone could figure out what's wrong.  They'd be PERFECT! 

On the lowest setting (they currently seem fixed at this.)  They are 30in high (76cm) & the widest section (the foot rest) is just under 18in (45cm).

The seats are a really nice practical, fairly neutral, scuffed real leather.
