Dear members,
A general reminder about no-shows for item collection:
If you have arranged to collect an item offered on Freecycle.org, please follow through with the transaction. If for any reason you are no longer able to collect the item, or you change your mind about wanting it, please be considerate to the person who made the post and send them a text or email. We all know how frustrating it is to be left waiting for someone who doesn't show.
There is no official feedback system on Freecycle.org at present, but we would ask that if there are no-shows, please let us know. We do not want this to become a widespread problem.
On a brighter note, the great majority of you are wonderful people who have fully embraced the spirit of Freecycle.org, thank you for that!
