Removing original post after receiving item or donating an item

We have had some complaints that people are not deleting their posts after receiving items wanted or donating an item in offers.

If you donated an item to someone sending a wanted request - please let the moderator know so we can delete the post if the person requesting doesn't..
If you received an item after posting a wanted item - please delete the post.
If you donated an item after posting an offer post - please delete the post after the item has been picked up.
If you have received an item from an offering post - please let the moderator know so we can delete the post if the person offering doesn't.   

The only reason a person would leave an item up too long is the hopes of receiving more than one to resale (which is forbidden UNLESS specified but is still frowned upon...) or for scamming purposes.  

If we find out this is the case (Scamming or selling of objects obtained without the post making it clear it will be resold, the poster will be banned from Freecycle Indianapolis.
