For the time being new users need to be approved before they can join the Leeds group to mitigate scams/fraud.
- If you are already a member of a group in another part of the country/world, you will be automatically rejected as being too far away. If you still wish to join, please send the moderators rationale as to why you want to join when your home group is so far away at the same time as your request.
- New users need to have appropriate usernames/email addresses. Any with vulgar language/slang, or the word 'Freecycle' in the email address/username will be rejected due to Freecycle policies relation to trademarks, and to mitigate fraud/scams.
